Forensic Recon Services, Inc. has served as a full-service traffic accident reconstruction firm in Seminole County, FL since 2011, when it was established by Rodney Pack. Mr. Pack has 29 years of experience in both the private and public sectors of traffic accident investigation.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pack has had the opportunity to work with clients across the United States, including many Fortune 500 companies. His work has involved assorted vehicle types including passenger and commercial vehicles, buses, trains, motorcycles and pedestrians.

Mr. Pack’s background in law enforcement has not only provided him with a personal understanding of the difficulties and pressures faced by the on-scene investigators but also afforded him the opportunity to train hundreds of academy cadets during his law enforcement career. His appreciation and commitment to the law enforcement community are continued by his specialized training opportunities for law enforcement personnel.

Early in Mr. Pack’s career after transitioning to the private sector of accident reconstruction, the majority of his investigations involved commercial vehicles. It is this exposure and familiarization with the commercial trucking industry that has led to an understanding and appreciation for the unique issues that commercial vehicle crashes often entail. As a former NATMI Certified Director of Safety, Mr. Pack completed “mock-style” audits for trucking industry clients to offer an evaluation of their records system and guidance in their continued compliance to FMCSR (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) This familiarization with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations has proven extremely valuable to various clients over the years.

Mr. Pack’s unique combination of training, education, and “hands-on” experience provide clients with an honest and reliable case evaluation and understanding like no other. This insight garnered while handling both plaintiff and defense cases when paired with his exceptional ability to simplify even the most difficult concepts or material, allows his clients to be fully aware of their case status in order to present the most effective case possible.
